Presbyterian Support Southland in Invercargill is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support food preparation, meal service, and kitchen duties for residents.

Two roles available: casual at Peacehaven Village (9:30am–6:00pm) and permanent part-time at Vickery Court (8:30am–1:30pm). The kitchens operate seven days a week, requiring flexibility across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Mō te ūnga | About the role:

In this role, you'll support food preparation, meal service, kitchen cleaning, and food safety standards while helping create a positive dining experience for our residents. We are recruiting for two Kitchen Assistant opportunities:

  • Casual at Peacehaven Village, working as required (primarily 9.30am to 6.00pm)
  • Permanent Part-Time at Vickery Court, working 8.30am to 1.30pm

Our kitchens operate seven days a week, so flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays is important.
