About the Role

As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will:

  • Engage and educate clients, guiding them through financial decisions that secure their future.
  • Drive business growth by converting leads from strategic referral sources.
  • Manage and strengthen key partnerships to ensure long-term success.
  • Mentor and support junior advisors, contributing to the team’s overall success.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere to compliance standards.
What You Bring
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in financial services.
  • Strong ability to convert leads and referrals into long-term client relationships.
  • Expertise in needs-based selling, financial advice processes, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years as a financial advisor in a client-focused sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the New Zealand financial services industry.
  • Proven Annual Premium Income (API) of $120K+ per year.
  • NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) required.
  • Tertiary qualification in commerce or related field (desirable).
