Job description

IDNZ is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Incentives team. This role blends operational expertise with strong interpersonal skills. Our US clients rank us among the world’s top destination management companies, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative proposals and quotes in response to client RFPs
  • Conduct site inspections and build client relationships
  • Programme planning and logistics
  • On-site programme management
  • Manage billing and invoicing processes
  • Support additional programmes as needed
  • Develop industry knowledge and product development
  • Provide administrative and sales support
Requirements:
  • Experience in Incentive Travel or Events (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity software
  • Experience with CRM platforms, tour booking software (e.g. Tourplan) and/or event management software an advantage
  • Genuine interest in travel and tourism
  • Must be able to travel out of Auckland
