Your responsibilities
  • Produce Sales Management reports.
  • Develop Field Sales materials.
  • Work alongside the Key Account Manager to submit and follow up on promotional submissions with the customer.
  • Ensure that the customer promo portal is kept up to date & accurately reflected in the internal trade promotion management system (Siebel).
  • Play a key role within the Reckitt team to ensure service level targets are achieved through collaboration across sales and supply.
  • Act as a replenishment contact (VMI) for the customer, managing inventory flow and ordering processes from Reckitt to the customer.
  • Lead supply reviews with the customer and act as the first point of contact for customer supply issues.
  • Provide sales trend insights to the business team along with recommendations regarding pricing & promotional strategies drawn from Nielsen, Circana, Dunnhumby & other internal data sources.
  • Post-promotional analytics including ROI, validating current strategies, or recommending improvements.
  • Support and deliver data & insights via sales presentations for Category Reviews.
  • Perform P&L modelling on new promotional tactics, retailer activations, and customer events.
  • Audit execution and performance of the Local Success Models within your customer group.
  • Manage all customer claims and collaborate with Reckitt Accounts team to resolve payment challenges.
  • Assist the Key Account Manager with trade investment accruals and controls.

  • Achieved a balance between strategic planning and impeccable execution.
