Z is launching a two-year Graduate Programme that rotates you through Finance, Strategy, Performance & Value, Legal, People & Culture, Energy Solutions, Supply Chain, Pricing, Communications and more. You’ll be supported by a buddy, mentor, and senior leaders, with a generalist curriculum and exposure to real projects across multiple units.

Our Graduate Programme is designed to be a generalist programme, giving you a range of experiences and learning opportunities. Spending time across our various business units as well as visiting a Bulk Fuel Terminal and our Retail Sites. During your rotations, you will learn about:

The base salary for Z graduates is $69,975 per annum, plus 10% Short Term Incentive based on company and individual performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.

Our Recruitment Process

• Following the close date ofWednesday 30th of June 2027we will review applications and be in touch during July with the outcome.
• For our successful candidates, we will invite you to have an initial conversation and then complete psychometric testing.
• From there, in August we will bring a groupto our Z Head Office in Wellington for an interview and assessment day before making you an offer to join us in February 2028!
