Tutors prepare and deliver tutorials, hold scheduled office hours, participate in meetings with Course Coordinators/Lecturers, and provide revision support ahead of assessments.

TeHerenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting Kaituruki - Tutors to join Te Kauhanganui Tātai Ture - Faculty of Law on a fixed-term, part-time contract for the 2027 academic year for LAWS121, LAWS122 and LAWS123. This includes Head Tutor andMāori and Pasifika (MPI) tutor roles.
In these roles, you will be responsible for preparing, delivering and facilitating specific tutorial classes that support the course material. Individual course content requires differing duties for each course’s tutorials. When applying, please indicate which 100-level courses you are applying to tutor. We encourage applications for LAWS121, plus either LAWS122 or LAWS123.
