Role

We are seeking a passionate kaiako to join our team in 2026 in either a junior (Y1–3) or senior (Y6–8) class.

This is a Tagged permanent position (Special Character). The successful applicant will uphold and nurture the Catholic Special Character of our school and participate in religious instruction as a condition of appointment.

We seek kaiako who
  • Actively support and nurture the Catholic Special Character of our kura.
  • Are reflective, eager to grow professionally, and excited to develop their practice.
  • Integrate inquiry learning and digital technology into classroom programmes.
  • Manage behaviour positively and effectively.
  • Contribute willingly to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and commitment to culturally sustaining practices.
  • Are passionate educators with strong pedagogical and curriculum knowledge.
