What You'll Do
  • Develop and program software for the facilitation of business practices
  • Write code to successfully achieve software specifications
  • Produce detailed software development specifications and plans as required
  • Work with stakeholders to provide advice, estimates, solutions, and alternatives
  • Proactively devise possible solutions to anticipated problems to enable the achievement of expected and agreed outcomes
  • Appropriately administrate development task meta-information
  • Ensure programmed maintenance of software is undertaken
  • Present ideas for software improvement
  • Clearly document any queries from employees and follow up in a timely manner
  • Support PB technologies’ employees in using software and systems as appropriate
  • Attend weekly meetings
What You'll Bring
  • Basic experience with PHP, ideally using object-oriented programming and familiarity with modern frameworks (such as Laravel or Symfony).
  • Understanding of REST API concepts and ability to integrate with existing APIs.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows (branches, commits, pull requests).
  • Awareness of CI/CD processes and a willingness to learn deployment automation tools.
  • Foundational understanding of software architecture principles with a strong interest in developing technical design expertise.
