Job summary

Department of Internal Affairs NZ is seeking graduates, juniors and intermediates to develop digital services using Power Platform and Dynamics. You will join the Business Technology Services group within our Digital Services branch and work hands-on with experienced developers to build systems and proof-of-concept solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing software through study, personal projects, internships, or employment.
• Programming in C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Basic web development: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs.
• Interest in learning Power Platform, Dynamics 365, .NET, and Azure.
• Exposure to relational databases and Git.
• Strong problem solving and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A tertiary IT qualification or relevant study/experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver digital services using Power Platform and Dynamics.
• Collaborate with senior developers on features and proof-of-concept solutions.
