Job summary

Massage Loft in Auckland is seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join a professional, friendly team. Responsibilities include full-body massage using Thai/Sports/Relaxation techniques, maintaining a high standard of hygiene, and delivering an excellent customer experience consistent with our brand.

Applicants should have 1+ year of massage experience (Thai massage preferred) and a Massage Therapy certificate; weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant massage experience; Thai massage preferred.
• Certificate in Massage Therapy; Traditional Thai Massage a plus.
• Experience with industry tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body massage using Thai/Sports/Relaxation techniques.
• Provide an excellent client experience aligned with our brand.
• Give introductory training to new staff as directed by management.
• Achieve retail sales and client rebooking targets set by management.
• Participate in paid or unpaid training to carry out duties.
• Provide coverage for staff on leave.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and areas; ensure health & safety compliance.
• Report issues that affect the organization, customers, or safety.
• Contribute to smooth team and organizational operations.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and used as trained.
