Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues on the production floor.
• Support implementation of process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Participate in design and fabrication of fixtures, tooling, and jigs for production.
