What You’ll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for IT support across our Auckland office and regional branches.
  • Provide deskside and remote support for ~170 staff, including investment advisers, trading desks and research teams.
  • Assist with device setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Macs & iOS).
  • Support meeting rooms, AV/VC setups and live events.
  • Manage tickets, user accounts, and contribute to system maintenance and small IT projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • A recent graduate (or near completion) in IT, Computer Science or related, OR hands-on tech experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11; exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
