Job summary

Orion Health is seeking a Junior Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Christchurch, New Zealand. The role is hybrid and focused on helping customers install, configure and implement our software solutions, with hands-on exposure to configuration, systems integration and troubleshooting.

You’ll work with experienced consultants and developers, build skills in SQL, databases and integration technologies, and develop your ability to communicate technical information

Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience in a software-focused IT role, such as application support, software development, testing or systems implementation.
• A relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent hands-on technical experience).
• A basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, configuration and implementation of Orion Health software solutions.
• Support investigations, troubleshooting and testing to ensure solutions work as expected.
• Work with databases, SQL and other technologies to support implementation activities.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and project teams to deliver outcomes for customers.
• Build understanding of healthcare systems, integration technologies and industry standards.
• Engage with customers and communicate technical information confidently.
