Worldline, a global leader in digital payments, seeks a DevOps Engineer to join our Auckland team. You will design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java EE, JSF, Spring Boot, HTML, and CSS, while ensuring scalable, secure deployments on JBoss platforms.

You’ll work with PrimeFaces to craft rich interfaces, integrate services via REST/SOAP, and collaborate across teams through the full development lifecycle. The role offers hybrid working, learning resources, and global career growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java EE stack (JSF, JPA, EJB, Servlets, Web Services).
• Experience with PrimeFaces for rich UIs.
• Strong Spring Boot experience.
• Hands-on with JBoss application servers.
• REST and SOAP web services knowledge.
• Relational databases: MySQL and Oracle.
• Git version control proficiency.
• End-to-end development lifecycle involvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java EE, JSF (with PrimeFaces), Spring Boot, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate PrimeFaces components to create modern, responsive user interfaces.
• Ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions on JBoss platforms.
• Participate in specification, analysis, and technical testing phases.
• Collaborate with functional and operational teams to ensure deliverable consistency.
• Guarantee performance, security, and code quality standards.
• Implement scalable solutions and provide corrective maintenance.
