• Proficiency in legal software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of property transfer documents.
• Manage the registration of mortgage bonds and cancellations at the Deeds Office.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions throughout the transfer process.
• Conduct searches and provide clients with accurate conveyancing cost estimates.
• Ensure all post-registration requirements are met and files are closed efficiently.
