As a Junior Field Technician, you'll be a core part of our Field Team, keeping our collar fleet moving across farms throughout your dedicated region. You’ll serve as a key connection between what happens on-farm and the engineering team back in Auckland, making sure collars get to the right farms, are tracked accurately, and come back to HQ when needed. You'll cover the length and breadth of the country, operating on a continuous farm visit loop. Expect to be on the move and spending up to 2–3 nights away from home per week. This is a fixed-term role where attitude is everything and we are on the hunt for an upbeat go-getter.
This isn't a sit-at-a-desk role. It's hard work, but it's meaningful, and it's a genuine foot in the door at one of New Zealand's fastest-growing companies with massive plans for the future of agriculture worldwide.
