A successful, global software house is looking for a Junior Cloud Support Engineer / SysAdmin to get involved in supporting their Azure based software in a production environment with on-the-job training.

Enjoy trouble-shooting? Solving problems? Basic Windows server & Linux experience? Want to learn Azure and SQL database / scripting skills? Collaborate with a great team?

If you enjoy technical problem solving in a software house environment with modern web technologies in Azure, this role may be for you.

What you’ll bring:

• BSc or BEng or IT degree
• At least 3 years Windows OS, Server & Linux technical support experience including some basic Azure Cloud services skills or want to learn more
• Happy to handle technical customer support tickets
• You enjoy scripting in Powershell, Bash and some basic programming skills
• Basic familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Entra ID or similar
• Happy to learn some SQL database and basic SQL scripting skills
• Good collaborative team player
