Join the Mr. Morris Team: Chef de Partie Roles Available! We are looking for both a Junior Chef de Partie and a Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Your Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal dishes to the highest standard
  • Be responsible for your section, ensuring it is consistently clean, organised, and well-prepped
  • Follow recipes and plating guides to maintain consistency across all dishes
  • Manage daily mise en place and ensure stock is rotated and labelled correctly
  • Communicate effectively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Support junior chefs and help maintain a calm, focused working environment
  • Uphold all food safety and health & safety regulations at all times
  • Contribute to new ideas, seasonal changes, and menu evolution
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Keen to learn and grow within a professional kitchen setting
  • A strong work ethic, good organisational skills, and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for high-quality produce and contemporary cooking
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen
  • Confident managing a section independently
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and support junior staff
  • A commitment to quality, consistency, and kitchen excellence
