Ready to take your first big step in brand marketing?
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a creative, driven marketer to join our passionate team and make a real impact on one of our biggest food portfolios.

As our Junior Brand Manager, you’ll work alongside an experienced Marketing Manager and get exposure to the full brand journey — from shaping strategy and plans, to launching new products, to creating content that connects with consumers. No two days will look the same, and you’ll quickly gain hands-on experience across brand campaigns, digital engagement, product development, and commercial execution.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies and plans.
  • Help bring innovation to life — from concept to launch of new products.
  • Own and grow our digital presence: create scroll-stopping TikTok and Instagram content, write witty and engaging captions, and build community by responding to messages and comments.
  • Manage budgets and external partners while learning the commercial side of brand management.
  • Use consumer insights and market data to shape decisions and measure success.
  • Get involved in everything from presentations to packaging, and be a true brand champion.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1- 2 years’ marketing experience (FMCG or consumer brands a bonus).
  • Strong digital and social media know-how — from scheduling posts to creating fresh content that trends.
  • Creative flair with an eye for detail and design (bonus points if you’re handy with Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong consumer focus with the ability to interpret insights and market data.
  • Great communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Commercial curiosity — keen to understand the numbers behind the brand.
