About the Role

This vital role is newly created, and is a hands-on, on-the-tools position at the heart of ITM’s busy, modern and custom-built joinery factory. Your core mission:

• Work closely with project delivery dates
• Organise and motivate a skilled team of 14.
• Personally contribute to manufacturing top-quality joinery
• Ensure every job is finished on time and to the highest standard

You'll be the lynchpin that unites our workflow – coordinating staff, setting the pace, and maintaining quality, all while fostering a supportive environment where everyone performs at their best.

What You’ll Need

• Ideally a completed Joinery trade qualification, but certainly at least 5 years’ joinery experience (ideally 3+ years in a NZ factory)
• Proven ability to lead and instruct a team
• Confidence to read, understand, and work from plans
• A genuine “can-do” attitude, a hands-on work ethic, and pride in your workmanship
