Job summary

A reputable software development company in Marlborough, New Zealand is looking for a Lead or Senior Java Developer. This role involves developing applications from scratch using GraphQL, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS ECS/Fargate. The ideal candidate should possess strong Java and AWS skills, as well as experience with performance tuning. This is a contract position for 12+ months based on performance, with a competitive daily rate.

• Rest services
• Graphql and related framework experience would be a huge plus
• Asset management experience
• Experience in low latency high throughput big data applications would be a good plus
• Performance testing/tuning experience is nice to have
