The arts

Whangārei Boys’ High School is seeking an enthusiastic and capable itinerant teacher of guitar. The ideal candidate will need to be student focused and able to work collaboratively as part of a strong and cohesive arts faculty. Applicants should be well qualified and highly motivated, with a commitment to high standards of achievement in a progressive boys’ school environment. A strong commitment to restorative practices and culturally responsive and relational teaching approaches is essential.

Remuneration

Annual remuneration is dependent on qualifications and experience and will range from $61,239 to $103,086 in accordance with the Secondary Teachers\' Collective Agreement (STCA). Individuals\' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
