Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of GAMP 5 or SQA or equivalent knowledge.
• Excellent communication, able to translate tech for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong judgment.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT systems and applications with proactive care.
• Coordinate system upgrades, ensure policy compliance and reliable IT solutions.
• Support project delivery and coordinate across technical teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding IT applications clearly.
• Work in a team with infrastructure and application specialists.
• Lead external vendor resources for solution implementation and maintenance.
• Investigate and troubleshoot control systems to optimize performance.
• Prepare testing and validation documentation for manufacturing systems.
