Currently, we are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients.

Dispatch/Adhoc Requirement

• Exp in handling desktop/network/pos/breakfix/imac/euc issues
• Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems
• Install patches
• Software and Hardware Break Fix
• Well versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification)
• Basics of Wi-Fi
• Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration
• Install and administer MS Office
• Business English with local language

Standard Tools Engineers need to Carry While going to site

• Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights
• Cisco Console cable (DB9 – Rj45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB convertor used , make sure drivers are properly installed
• Laptop should have following program/software installed
• Putty
• Team Viewer
• TFTP server
• Screw Driver Set
• Internet data Card
• TECH MUSH HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX

Note: This is on call basis for dispatch/adhoc, backfill projects, and the scope of work varies fromclient to client. Above mentioned is the general JD.
