  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and mobile device management.
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural mentoring ability and interest in team development.
  • Comfortable with regional travel and supporting varied work environments.
  • ITIL experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary IT contact for staff across multiple sites.
  • Deliver hands-on technical support for Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices.
  • Provide on-site support through regular regional travel.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT asset inventory.
  • Log and track requests within the ITSM platform.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to strengthen IT service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team to resolve recurring issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications and network systems.
