Job Description:

WSP is committed to delivering high-quality IT support through remote help desk, self-service tools, and on-site specialists. As an IT On-Site Support Specialist, your main role is to handle IT issues that require physical presence at the company office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working directly with users, and staying active in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support at your main office and provide remote support when necessary.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when needed.
  • Fulfill standard requests, including PC builds, new user configuration, and software installations.
  • Help maintain shared IT services like printers, Wi-Fi, and AV equipment.
  • Keep accurate IT asset records.
  • Assist with system performance testing and documentation.
  • Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new employees and train users on IT best practices and tools.
  • Keep the agile office IT equipment and stockroom organized.

Required Experience:

  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Passion for technology and problem-solving.
  • Clear communication skills (spoken and written).
  • 2–5 years of experience in Level 2 IT support.

Education & Skills:

  • Degree or certification in computer science or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and common office software.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Ticketing System and ITIL processes.
