Job summary

Goodman Fielder is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term role in Auckland, NZ. You will partner with stakeholders to document current and future state processes and help deliver scalable, value-driven solutions across our iconic brands.

You will map as-is processes, design to-be solutions, support business case development, collaborate with IT, and assist with UAT planning to ensure a successful rollout in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering across small to large-scale business or IT initiatives.
• Strong skills in business process mapping, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of business systems, data environments, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical teams.

Job description

This 12-month fixed-term role will see you partner with business stakeholders across the organisation to document current and future state processes and contribute to the successful delivery of scalable, value-driven solutions. Your work will directly support transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer experience across our iconic brands. With a hybrid working model and occasional travel to engage key stakeholders, this is a unique opportunity to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• Map "as-is" processes and design "to-be" solutions aligned to project outcomes
• Support business case development and contribute to feasibility assessments
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to validate and deliver solutions
• Assist with UAT planning and execution to ensure successful rollout

About You

• Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes, or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), would be a strong advantage
• Exposure to TMS or WMS is highly sort after and please highlight this in your application if you have it!
