Goodman Fielder Pty Limited in Auckland is seeking a proactive IT Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term role. You will partner with business stakeholders to document current and future state processes and contribute to scalable, value-driven solutions across iconic brands.

With a hybrid work model and occasional travel, you will support transformation initiatives that boost efficiency, innovation, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering across IT and business initiatives.
• Strong skills in business process mapping, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes, or familiarity with ERP systems would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Map “as-is” processes and design “to-be” solutions aligned to project outcomes.
• Support business case development and contribute to feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to validate and deliver solutions; assist with UAT planning and execution.
