This position is Fixed Term for 21 months.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of inwards goods and stock control
• Ensuring full compliance with MPI, RMP, health & safety, and quality requirements
• Leading business and process improvements, contributing your own ideas and helping implement new ones
• Managing documentation, inventory accuracy, and electronic stock records
• Training and developing your team to meet and exceed high standards

Qualifications

• 3–4 years\' leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or factory environment
• Proven ability to motivate, engage, and lead teams
• Strong understanding of inwards/outwards goods processes
• Knowledge of MPI, RMP, HACCP, and health & safety requirements
• Great problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Sound computer skills and ERP system experience
• A forklift licence
