Opportunity

As our Inventory Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our inventory systems. You’ll lead the development and oversight of control systems, identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across our inventory processes. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our warehouses and the satisfaction of our customers.

  • Develop and implement inventory policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead compliance and control initiatives to prevent violations of internal guidelines.
  • Monitor and improve inventory data integrity and count compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Logistics, Finance, and 3PL providers.
  • Conduct investigations into stock variances and drive root cause analysis.
  • Support and train the NZ Inventory Team, ensuring SOPs are documented and followed.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external auditors.
  • Lead initiatives around stock rotation, blocked stock, and mass recalls if required
About you
  • Proven experience in inventory or business management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance standards and reporting procedures.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for driving operational change.
  • Experience with SOP writing and document management.
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM
