Job summary

GPC Asia Pacific is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to be a key contact for customers, handling enquiries and orders while building long-term relationships. This hands-on role blends internal sales, customer service, branch support and occasional warehouse duties.

You will work with the Branch Manager and sales team to meet customer requirements, supporting showroom promotions and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, internal sales or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support to a diverse customer base.
• Front counter customer service and process enquiries & orders via phone, email, and counter
• Some warehouse duties including picking and packing orders
• Develop customer relationships to be supplier of choice
• Assist in showroom promotions to drive counter sales
