• Experience in customer service, internal sales or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support to a diverse customer base.
• Front counter customer service, handling enquiries & orders via phone, email, and in person.
• Some warehouse duties – picking & packing, local deliveries when required.
• Develop customer relationships to be the Branch's supplier of choice.
• Assist in showroom promotions to drive counter sales.
