Life Pharmacy Prices in Nelson is seeking an Intern Pharmacist to support day-to-day dispensary operations, assist in dispensing under the supervision of a preceptor, and learn across the pharmacy retail business.

You'll be mentored within a warm team, gain hands-on clinical experience, and contribute to personalised patient care, vaccinations, and health checks while building your career in NZ's leading health and wellness network.

Formación

• Be in final year of a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (NZ or approved overseas institution).
• Be enrolled (or planning to enrol) in EVOLVE Intern Training Programme.
• Obtain provisional registration with the Pharmacy Council of NZ under the Intern Scope of Practice before starting.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be motivated and dedicated to continual improvement of self and the business.

• Permanent position - Working Full Time - 40 Hours per week
• Based at Life Pharmacy Prices in Nelson
• $25.00 - $28.00 per hour - Depending on experience

What you will be doing as an Intern Pharmacist

You will be assisting with day to day operations within the Dispensary and be providing accurate and efficient dispensing of pharmaceuticals under the supervision of a preceptor. Working alongside the wider Pharmacy team you will also be learning about Dispensary operations, the Pharmacy Retail business and how it all operates together.

You will be encouraged, mentored, and given real opportunities to grow your clinical knowledge and confidence within a positive well - established community-loved pharmacy environment that goes beyond scripts. This role will require you to work approximately 40 hours per week across Monday to Sunday.
