With one Partner and 15 local staff, plus their own outsourcing compliance team, they deliver higher quality results which saves you time and gives you more complex work.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Manager to support a diverse client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for a variety of clients
• Review outsourced compliance
• Manage monthly management reporting and financial analysis
• Maintain direct client contact and build strong relationships
• Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiencies

About You

• 2 years+ of accounting experience within a New Zealand accounting firm with stable tenure
• Proven experience with Xero and MYOB
• Excellent communication skills, able to relate to clients and colleagues
• Team player who thrives in a supportive, high-trust environment
• Proactive and organised, with an eye for detail
