In this role, you will build and nurture a collaborative team culture that ensures the pastoral and academic needs of students are met. You will lead high quality teaching and learning through team planning, curriculum development and effective use of data to inform practice. Supporting the professional growth of team members will be central to your work, as will creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where everyone can thrive.
