As a project manager, you should come from a project management consultancy with 3-5 years of NZ-based experience involving projects across industries such as aged care, high-rise residential, health, education, utilities, and rail. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Building Science is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude, and passion for your work are important. Your ability to articulate issues, build relationships, and develop your professional brand will contribute to your success.
