Job description

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Integrated Works Planner (Facility) to join our Asset & Engineering team. This role is pivotal in planning, scheduling, and coordinating both preventative and reactive maintenance works across our facilities. You’ll ensure accurate maintenance records, support asset reliability programs, and collaborate with internal teams and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role is based in Wiri Depot and requires you to travel across our network as necessary.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Scope, schedule, and coordinate maintenance works and projects.
  • Review completed work orders for accuracy in costs, labour, inventory, and failure records.
  • Align planned activities with site access protocols.
  • Use the AOR Asset Management platform (Maximo) to plan, dispatch, audit, and track work.
  • Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support financial tracking of maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and communicate maintenance reports to stakeholders.
  • Promote and uphold AOR’s safety and environmental standards.
  • Experience in maintenance planning, asset management, or rostering (transport/logistics preferred).
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with planning software and tools (Maximo experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, mature approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
