ZURU is building a premier internal creative engine and seeks an Integrated Producer to lock shoot schedules, manage permits, and steer film shoots with directors you recruit. You’ll coordinate talent, studios, locations, and crew—tracking every detail from bids to delivery across multiple markets.

You’ll work with experiential partners to create buzzworthy stunts and activations, while ensuring health and safety, logistics, and rights clearances are handled.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production, ideally in agency/advertising, PR, social, experiential or content
• Proven track record delivering high-end productions for global audiences
• Strong relationships with production companies, directors, creators, and experiential partners
• End-to-end production fluency from bids and budgets to permits and delivery
• Master planner who proactively fixes bottlenecks and improves workflows

• Deliver masters, cutdowns and versions to markets and archive for travel
• Grow partner bench by bringing fresh directors, creators, production companies and agencies
• Improve workflows: fix bottlenecks and find smarter tools for every shoot day

Position Overview

We’re building the best internal creative agency in the world, and we’re looking for an Integrated Producer to make our biggest ideas actually happen. You’ll be part planner, part fixer, part talent scout and part calm-on-set operator: locking shoot schedules for our in-house crew one day, permitting a pop-up in a city centre the next, then steering a film shoot with a director you brought to the table. Detail-obsessed, timeline-perfect and always hunting for a better way to do it, you’re the producer who turns ambition into reality.

How you’ll help us grow

• Run our in-house production engine, keeping videographers, filmers and creators booked, briefed and moving across every brand

• Own the shoot calendar: talent, studios, locations, kit and crew, on a schedule that’s tight, visible and realistic

• Map out post and audio, from edits, grades and VFX to voiceover, music and mix, with rights and usage sorted before anything goes live

• Partner with experiential and events agencies to turn stunts, pop-ups and activations into moments people film and share

• Lock down permits, venues, staffing, health and safety, insurance and logistics, then be the calm, decisive presence on the day

• Turn our biggest scripts into films with production companies and directors, steering bids, budgets, PPMs, shoot, post and sign-off

• Deliver masters, cutdowns and versions to spec, dispatched to markets and archived so the work can travel

• Grow our partner bench by bringing fresh directors, creators, production companies and agencies to the table

• Make it better every time: fix the bottlenecks, find smarter tools and get more out of every budget and shoot day
