About This Role
As the ILS Engineer, you will support the Technical Authority to achieve the engineering ILS Program objectives for the training devices. The ILS Engineer would ensure Logistics Support Analyses (LSA), RAM Analyses and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) comparisons ar conducted for each Engineering Change as well as for the provision of other ILS Services to acquisition teams and sustainment teams as per CAE’s ILS Plan.
The role we are offering you
- Prepare and execute the CAE ILS Plan
- Assess the ILS criteria and impact it would have on system design, sparing and support.
- Control and monitor subcontractor ILS programs
- Lead ILS related activities during the Proposal phase of the projets
Our Ideal Candidate Has
- Previous ILS experience
- Bachelor Degree in Systems, Mechanical, electrical or aerospace engineering – or similar field.
- RAM and LCC analyses experience is desirable
- Previous experience in Defence and with ILS tools is desirable
Location:
- Homebush, NSW

Security Requirements
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
