This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to do something a little different in insurance, with the scope to develop and grow in a supportive, inclusive environment. You’ll be a key link between clients, insurers, and Aon’s internal teams—helping us deliver specialist insurance schemes that set us apart in the market.

What will you do?

• Manage day-to-day operations of specialist insurance schemes, including event cancellation, prize indemnity, and motor vehicle.
• Work with managers to research new insurance products and improve existing ones.
• Calculate premiums, prepare documents, and ensure accuracy before delivery.
• Support regional managers with sales pipelines and growth targets.
• Keep databases and reports up to date—proficiency in Excel is a must!
• Engage with clients, insurers, and colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
• Provide overall efficiency to the team so we can respond to our customers quicker.
• Generate reporting to support business decisions.

Who are we looking for?

• Ideally you will have experience in insurance or financial services
• Level 5 qualification in general insurance is highly beneficial (but not essential).
• Confident communicator, self-starter, and loves working in a high performing team.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
• Ambitious to learn new things and grow your career.
