Job Description

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out on the road, getting stuck in, and ensuring operations run smoothly for our customers.

As an Installation Specialist, you’ll be the final touchpoint in our customers’ journeys - delivering and installing appliances in their homes, from fridges and washing machines to ovens and dryers.

Behind the scenes, you’ll be the one coordinating a smooth delivery and setup, making sure their new appliances are ready to use. This role blends hands-on work with great customer service, and you’ll be key to delivering a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and installing appliances safely, efficiently, and with a smile.
• Showing customers how their new products work.
• Removing old appliances and packaging (when requested).
• Keeping your work vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to roll.
• Supporting with warehouse tasks and in-store teams when needed.
• Following health and safety best practices - yours and everyone else’s.

Qualifications
