As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and helping them understand how Tradify's software can improve their trade businesses.

In this role, you will be working to convert trialists into paying customers and contribute to the company's growth and success. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help customers succeed, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to trialists and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Present and demonstrate Tradify's software to trialists and potential customers
  • Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact to drive conversions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales process and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • A passion for sales and a desire to exceed targets
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Highly organized, with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Flexibility to work some late shifts to speak to our ANZ trialists
