DB Breweries Limited in Auckland is seeking an Innovation Projects Lead to drive end-to-end innovation from concept to launch at our Waitemata Head Office.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial, ensure governance, track progress, and report on outcomes.

About The Role

We're looking for an Innovation Projects Lead to help bring new products and ideas to life by leading innovation projects from concept through to launch. Reporting to the Senior CMI & Innovation Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the end-to-end innovation process and ensuring innovation projects are delivered successfully across the business. Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial teams, you'll coordinate project timelines, manage governance requirements and keep key stakeholders aligned throughout the development journey.
