Qualifications

• Experience in strategic infrastructure planning.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases and funding proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leaders and boards.
• Experience representing a local government in regional forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure strategy development and Long Term Plan alignment.
• Guide infrastructure planning to support growth and development.
• Develop compelling business cases and funding proposals.
