Corrections in New Zealand is seeking a Manager Industries at Whanganui Prison. You will lead the Pathways Team to deliver high-quality training outcomes, uplift employment capabilities, and support staff and inmates within a unique environment.

You will partner with contractors, iwi, employers, and senior leadership to implement Hōkai Rangi, manage budgets, and ensure safe, inclusive operations that advance learning and rehabilitation.

Competenze

• Proven leadership with delivering training outcomes.
• Experience leading team performance and inspiring staff.
• Strong relationship skills with internal and external partners.
