A community-focused charity in Wellington is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead fundraising efforts and manage donor relationships. The successful candidate will have experience in multi-touch fundraising and possess strong analytical skills to drive donor acquisition and retention. This role offers a competitive salary of $110-130k depending on experience.

Building on the incredible success of our world-class children’s hospital Te Wao Nui, we’re on a mission to amplify long-term sustainable fundraising to better support great healthcare across the region. A much-loved brand in the community, we’re the official charity for Health NZ supporting Wellington’s public hospitals including Hutt, Keneperu, Wellington Regional and Children’s Hospitals.
As the Individual Giving Manager, you’ll be a critical part of our fundraising team developing and managing an exciting portfolio that includes appeals and campaigns, regular giving, growing and nurturing our incredible community of donors and supporters. You’ll have fundraising growth experience, bring a strong donor-centric lens, be experienced with multi-touch fundraising and marketing, a digital fundraising enthusiast and have a range of strategies and tactics to help improve the acquisition, retention and loyalty of donors. With our new CRM ready to go, you’ll be data and database savvy knowing how to extract crucial information to inform compelling campaigns and strategies.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of individual giving with the support of (and responsibility for) the Donor Experience Specialist, Digital Fundraising Specialist and Fundraising Advisor.

You’ll work alongside a new dynamic and growth focussed CEO as well as a deeply knowledgeable Head of Fundraising who are both excited by innovation and experimentation.
We are offering $110-130k for this position depending on level of experience and fit against the key competencies of the role.
