Job summary

Te Kura o Hau Kāretu is seeking a patient, understanding kaiako to join our growing learning community in a permanent, full-time position teaching in Years 3 and 4 from term 1 2027. We value warmth, empathy, and a classroom where every student feels safe, understood, and empowered to learn.

The successful applicant will adapt teaching to diverse learning needs, embed te reo Māori and tikanga, and build strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues in our supportive, inclusive school.

• Relational and patient approach with tamariki and whānau.
