Job summary

New Zealand Health Group – Rangiora, South Island NZCL is seeking energetic and motivated people to support individuals with disabilities in their own homes across North Canterbury. This part-time role is 15 hours per fortnight across Monday–Friday, with potential additional shifts to cover staff leave.

Qualifications

• Full driver's license is essential.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities.
• Able to work regularly in Rangiora and Kaiapoi in clients' homes.
• Willing to work regular shifts and maintain a positive, respectful approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to people with disabilities in daily activities and community participation.
• Assist with personal cares, meals, household tasks, and life skills development.
• Support clients to attend activities such as swimming and social events.
