You will support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and assist with onboarding and contracts, helping ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or coordination.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating interviews and candidate assessments
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
• Scheduling interviews and onboarding activities
• Preparing employment contracts and offer documentation
• Maintaining accurate records within ATS and HR systems
• Supporting recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition initiatives
• Assisting with reporting and recruitment administration
• Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
