You should have a customer-first approach: friendly, professional, and great at turning problems into solutions. You will be a self-starter with a resourceful attitude, thinking ahead, and knowing when to escalate. You should be resilient & adaptable: able to thrive under pressure and take on any challenge.

A bonus if you have repair certifications (e.g. HP, Dell, Lenovo, ATM-specific).
